We take care of the dismantling, installation, and cabling of your POS systems, including back office, IT infrastructure and telecommunications. Whether on weekends or overnight - we work in such a way that your day-to-day business is not disturbed.
Swift and comprehensive: You want to install a new POS component in all your stores? We take care of the entire rollout process for you - from planning and pre-configuration of the systems to installation in your stores. Detailed rollout plans ensure that all logistics, technical coordination, and a smooth process are guaranteed. On request, we can also implement rollouts at night or on weekends so that your daily business is not disrupted.
We pre-configure your systems the way you need them. This saves time in the stores so that your day-to-day business is affected as little as possible.
Often, even with older devices, residual proceeds can still be achieved. We take care of the remarketing of your old hardware.
We ensure the proper and certified disposal of your old hardware as well as the certified deletion or destruction of your data carriers.
Measuring errors and inaccurate weighing - not with us: As a nationwide certified repair company, we currently look after around 12,000 cash registers in 4,200 retail outlets. In addition to installation and repair as well as maintenance and cleaning of your retail scales, we also take care of communication with the local weights and measures offices on your behalf. To do this, we manage all calibration-relevant data in a database and are experts in the various specifications and procedures of the respective state authorities.
Since October 2019, we have been offering this business area exclusively for one of our major retail customers. The User Help Desk at the Unna site serves as the first point of contact and support center for its entire store staff. As soon as a problem arises in a store in Germany or a question relating to the topics of checkout, network and back office comes up, we are there: our qualified employees can be reached daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. via a service number and are immediately there to solve the problem quickly and with the least amount of effort. Our claim: Friendly, fast, and competent help - and satisfied customers who are always happy to call.
Another new branch of our company is CIMAC (Construction, Install, Move, Add, Change), which has been in operation since October 2019. For one of our major customers, we exclusively take care of the structured cabling and the various components in the back office of all its German stores. Our involvement starts at the construction site - both for new openings and reopening’s as well as for store conversions.
